Dark Roast | Brazil Legender Process: Natural

Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Nougat, Walnut

Monkey Hill

Extra Dark Roast | Currently: African and South American Blend (Rotating)

Tasting Notes: Cacao, Molasses, Bold

 

How to brew

Below is a general brewing recipe that is a good starting point for all of the coffees

Single cup brew: 

  • Medium grind (kosher salt consistency)

  • 20 gram (4 tablespoons) 

  • 340 ml water ( 12 oz of water)

  • 200-202F water (off boil if using stovetop kettle)

Pour 40 ml to fully saturate grounds, and allow to bloom for 30-45 seconds. 

Pour 300 ml evenly throughout the brew, and aim for the brew to finish in 3:00-3:30 minutes.
